Q1. Can we get samples?
Yes,we can offer sample for you to check quality and you have to pay the freight cost.
Q2. What is your payment item?
Our payment is normally T/T,Paypal,Western union.
Q3. How long is your production time?
If the products are stock ones,the delivery could be scheduled within 5-10 days after receive the payment. Normally the production lead-time is around 25 days,depending on the types of products and may take a little longer time if special surface handling or else.
Q4. Can you print the logo/ lables as our own design?
Yes,it is surely OK,screen printing,decal,hot stamping,frosted,engraved etc are all OK. We also can customize the colorful box packing for you as your need.
Q5. How do you transport them?
The ocean shipping is always used by customers,anyway you could inform us your port name,then we can consult the shipping freight for you at once.
Q6. how would you deal with the defective goods?
We have a policy of 1:1 replacement for any defective goods beyond 3%
