T/T. 30% deposit,balance against the B/L copy within 10 days after departure from port.Q:How to start a custom project with your company?Please send us your design drawings or original samples so that we can offer a quotation first. If all details are confirmed,we will arrange the sample making once received your deposit.Q:Can you do aluminum on the Spray?Yes. Sliver,Gold,Black,and various color aluminum are available,but you shall offer us sample or Pantone Number.Q:Can we get your free samples?Yes,you can. Express freight cost is on buyer’s account.Q:Can we combine many item size in one container?Yes,you can. But the quantity of each ordered item shall reach our MOQ.Q:What is the normal lead time?A. For plastic products,we will send goods to you within 7-10 work days after we receive your 30% deposit.
B. For aluminum products,the delivery time is 25-28 work days after we received your 30% deposit
C. For OEM products,the delivery time is 30-35 work days after we receive your 30% deposit.Q:What is your shipping way?By sea,by air,or by express,etc. We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements.Q:How do you control the quality?We will make samples before mass production,and after sample approved,we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production;then do random inspection before packing;taking pictures after packing.Q:If any quality problem,how can you settle for us?If any breakage or defect products were found,please take pictures from the original carton.
All the claims must be presented within 7 work days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container.
