A: If we have the existing sample,the customer just need to pay the air freight,the sample is free;

If the customer want the sample by newly-made mould,generally the customer need to pay the

sample-making fee.

We could refund the cost paid by customer partly or totally if the customer place an order finally.

3. Q: Do you have any certificate for products?

A: The certificate by SGS,FDA,LFGB etc,generally we apply for the certification service according

to the customers’ specific requirement in case of need.
