Yes,you *** quantity amples are free but the freight for express is on buyer’s account.

*** we combine many items assorted in one container in my first order?

Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ or if we have it in stock.

*** about the normal lead time?

We will ship the goods at the first time after receiving your payment if having in stocks. For large quantity and customized products,it take around 25-30 days after we receive your deposit.

*** types of payment terms do you accept?

We need 100% payment before delivery for sample order.
For bulk order, the payment terms we accept are T/T (30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy) if delivery by sea,and 100% payment if delivery by air.
And for customized product with private brand,the payment terms we accept are T/T (40% deposit,60% against B/L copy ) if delivery by sea,and 100% payment if delivery by air.

*** do you control the quality?

We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production.
Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.

*** can we choose the shipping way ?

For the small sample order,we suggest to ship by express: FedEx,UPS or DHL,etc. It is door to door service,it will take about 3-5 days or 5-7 days. or other ways as Ali Logistics warehouse to door,it will take about 6-8 days or 7-12 days For the larger quantity order,we suggest to ship by sea. If urgent,you can also choose air shipping way. You also can all your local express company to pick up the goods from our warehouse. We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements,if you need help from us.

*** any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?

If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton.
All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container.
This date is subject to the arrival time of container.
We will advise you to certify the claim by third party.
Or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present,
Finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
