Q1:Can I get the samples before order?
A:Free for normal sample;custom design sample before mass production is ok,making samples until you're staisfied with it. normally sample time is about 4-6 working days. (But the freight for express is on buyer's account)
Q2:Can we do printing or label printing on the bottles ?
A:*** could offer various printing ways: screen printing, hot stamping, frost, *** label printing. The printing color can be made according to PANTONE color Number.
Q3:Can you produce bottles according our design?
A:Yes, We can open models according to your own design. Also could do painted bottle in any color you want, the color can be made according to PANTONE color number.
For surface handing products, the delivery time is 7~10 work days after we receive your payment.
Q4: How do you control the quality?
A: We have a professional team for quality control. Doing 100% inspection during production.
Q5:What is the normal lead time?
A:(1). For stock products,we'll send within 2-3 days after receive of payment.(2). For surface handing products,the delivery time is within 7-10 work days after we receive your payment.(3). For products we never manufactured,we could open the mould if needed.
Q6:What is your shipping terms?
A:For small trial order,FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT etc door to door service can be provided.
For larger order,we can arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirement.
We will choose the best shipping way for you according to your detail requirements
Q7:What's your Payment terms?A: T /T,Paypal,Western Union,etc.
Q8:About after-sales service
A:
(1)If the goods with big problem within 45day,we could replace the goods responsible for the shipment
(2)if any defective and broken bottles,we will replace the defect quantity in your next order.
