Quality Control
After leaving the cold end of the lehr,bottles then pass through electronic inspection machines,which automatically detect *** include,wall thickness inspection,squeeze testing,sealing surface inspection,side wall scanning and base scanning. The information from the quality inspection machines is transferred to the end-forming machine operators who can then make adjustments to remove the problem. Rejected bottles are returned to the raw materials area and recycled as cullet in the batch for making new glass. Quality inspection is an essential part of the manufacturing process. It ensures the best product possible is always distributed to customers.

Your custom drawing will be welcome,or we will suggest our available options or help you design a customized one.
2. Confirm mould making
we prepare mould drawings and ask for approval,and then we confirm mould making;
3. Samples testing
If required,customer can have samples firstly to test with their filling line,label them and check their *** sample confirmation,we can go ahead bulk production.
4. Full scale production
In most cases,part of the bulk mould equipment (the castings) are ordered in advance at the sampling stage to save time. We can also look at other ways to fasttrack the moulds on time-sensitive projects.

A:Sample needs 3-5 days,mass production time needs 20-25days for order quantity.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
