They are food grade,but can also be used for candles. These little mugs are the same shape and size as our Salt &Pepper Handled Jar with Salt sifter but are smooth sided (no embossing on the jar) so you can label,etch or add a chalkboard panel with ease. Unique container for spices,"MugShot"shot glasses,condiments,etc. Lids are not included,but are available - This jar can be paired up with any of the closures under the Product Accessories below.
