Q:Can we get your free samples?
A:Yes,you can! Samples are free but the freight for express is on buyer's account.
Q:What about the normal lead time?
A:It's around 25 to 35 days after receiving the deposit.

A:Normally,the payment terms we accept are T/T(50% deposit,50% before shipment ) and 100% full payment in advance.

A:After sample approved,we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production;then do random inspection before packing;taking pictures after packing.

A:If any breakage or defect products were found,you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container. After the negotiation,if we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present,finally we will completely compensate all your loss.

A:Please send us your design drawings (we also can create drawing for you) or original samples so that we can offer a quotation first. If all details are confirmed,we will arrange the sample making once received your deposit.
