1.Q:Can your provide free samples?
A:Yes,you can. Our free sample can be provided for our customers to test quality. But the freight for express is on buyer's account. The way we send it to you is via DHL,FEDEX,TNT,etc,you can also call your local express to pick up samples from our office.
2.Q:Can you print my logo on the bottles?OEM? and produce bottles as our design?
A: Yes,we can supply label printing service,we alsp can do silk-screen printing and hot *** also can do custome packing for *** you need we can produce bottles as your design.
3.Q: What is the MOQ?
A:Normally we have all the bottles in stock so the MOQ is 500PCS for both plastic bottle and glass bottle.
4.Q: How do you control the bottles quality ?
A:We have the profesional QC dept make the 3 times tests before making bulk *** we will also select and examin the bottle quality one by one before packing.
5.Q: What is the normal lead time?
A:For stock products,we will send goods to you within 24 48 hours after we receive your payment. For customer color bottle,we will ship out within 3-6 days.
6.Q:What is your shipping terms?
A:For small trial order,FEDEX,DHL,UPS,TNT,etc can be provided. B. For larger order,we can arrange shipment by sea or by air according to your requirement.
