A: Please inform us kindly before our production and confirm the printing first
based our sample.
Q6. What is your nomal delivery time?
A: For stock products,we’ll arrange shipment within 3-5 days after receiving payment.
For mass production,lead time around 25-30 days.If special surface handling may need longer.
For open new mould,15 days needed to customized open new mould.
Q7.How to shipping the goods?
A: We shipped by sea for large order.
By air and by express (DHL,UPS,FDX,EMS,TNT) for samples or trail order.
Q8.How about broken or defective parts if any?
