Yes,OEM service is available,We have experience handling OEM request for more than 10 years.

It varies according to products. Usually our MOQ is 3000pcs. However,please message us and discuss your ideal quantity
Q: Is sample charges refundable to customer?
Yes. Simple customized design ( Heat transfer printing &Silk screen printing) sample charges will be charged in advance and refund upon order received.
Q : Who responsible for Sample Shipping Cost?
A: Sample shipping cost will be paid by customer.
Q : What Is EE-LIAN Payment Term?
A: TT ( 50% deposit upon order signed and 70% against copy of B/L)

Ready stocked 5 working days.
As for stock for production we take 20 days. We can deliver large quantity in short term time &achieve fast delivery

Q: How does EE-LIAN qualify product?
A: Ee-lian production is ISO certified &has a strict protocol to abide. All products are required to perform QC test upon completion. As for customized product,is a must to seek for customer's approval on pre-production sample before proceed (Upon customer request).
Q: How does EE-LIAN deal with failure product?
A: We examine every step to avoid product quality deviate from our standard. However,we will resend a new product if situation above occurred. To ensure we maintain customer's trust and withstand long lasting relationship.
