Product Packing

As the glass bottle is one of the breakable products, we are usually utilizing the standard export carton and inside with partition and the nail brush with blister packaging, in this way can avoid compression deformation,bending and bifurcation.
Bottles: Each bottle has a separated bag to prevent scratches caused by hit from another bottle in the process of transportation,and an outer bigger bag to prevent the moisture and dirt from outside during the process of *** can also use the bubble bags (see pics below) according to the requirements, bubble bags not only prevent the bottles from scratches in the transport process,but also reduce the bottle broken situation.
Caps : In generally, caps are packed in one big plastic bag in the carton to keep the cap from damp and *** packaging method of cap can be also customized according to your need. It is recommended that using small bag(like the sausage, see pics) to pack caps separated in case scratches and paint loss caused by friction between one cap to another. If there are any decoration on cap,such as the effect of electroplating color, spraying color, silk screen logo printing and other process, this way is the best choose.
Brushes :Brushes are places in the plastic tray to avoid bending deformation during long distance transportation. Each cartons have 40 layer of tray and around 10,000 pcs of *** the packaging of tip brush, we will carry out casing packaging to prevent theoccurrence of bifurcation hairs in transportation or use.
Jars : Jars are packed in one big plastic bag in the carton to keep it from damp and *** have any decorations on the jars,(sush as the hot stampting,silk printing,spraying the color.... )the jars will be laid neartly on the cartons. On each packing cartons the shipping marks, binding belt, woven bag are available if you required.
