Usually our MOQ is 3,000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need,we will calculate the cost correspondingly,hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.

Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain *** usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account,it will be fine to ship with your account,if not,you can pay the freight charge to our Paypal,we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach
*** long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples,it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs,it takes 5-7 days,subject to your designs whether they need new printing,etc. Anyway,we will response fast to your request.
*** long is the production lead time?
It takes 15-30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity,which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
*** format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG,AI,Cdr or PDF, *** will make printing for your final confirmation based on technique.
*** many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
*** is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of B/*** also accept LC at sight
