A: Generally,For new products,the lead time for sample is 20~25 working days,for batch it is ~30 working days after your
deposit. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

A: Yes. We are specialized in making custom glass bottle. We have a very professional design team can help our client's design any kinds of glass bottle. Or please offer your own drawing. It will cost 15-20 working days to make a new mould and make a sample.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: 1). For stock products,sample free but you have to pay for the express cost.
2). For new products,we would like to charge the sample cost,which will be deducted once the order is confirmed.
Please understand we send many samples each month,so we have pretty nice discounts from the DHL,FEDEX,TNT and UPS,I will offer for your confirmation before sample departing. I will take a photo before sample delivery too.
