Q: Can we do print on the glass?A:We are good at printing special idea onto the glass to make glass bottle looks more beautiful.
Q: Can we get your free samples?A:Yes, sample free. Just pay for the express cost.Please understand we send many samples each month, so we have pretty nice discounts from the DHL, FEDEX, TNT and UPS, I will offer for your confirmation before sample departing.I will take a photo before sample delivery too, I try best to save each coin for you.
Q: Can we combine many items together in one container in my first order?A:Yes, but we have to check stock, as the low qty makes the producing difficult.
Q: What is the normal lead time?A:For stock products, we will send goods to you 10~15 working days after your deposit.
For new products, the lead time for sample is 20~25 working days, for batch is ~30 working days after your deposit.
Q: What is your payment term?
