Usually our MOQ is 500 pieces. But we accept a smaller quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need. We will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking the quantity of products and know our service.
2. Can I get samples?
Sure! We are glad to provide samples for you. And the sample is free, you just need to pay for the freight.
3. How long is the sample leadtime?
For existing samples, it takes 5-7 days. If you want samples of your own design, it takes 10-20 days, and the time depends on whether your designs need new production technologies.

4. How long is the production time?
It takes 30-45 days for MOQ. Our large production capacity can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

5. Can you help us produce our packages?
Sure. You can provide your own design, and we will help produce them.

6. Can you help us develop our own products?
OEM projects are accepted. We have professional workshops for doing OEM business. Please contact us to know more!
7. What formats of files do you need if I want my own design?
We have our designers. So JPG, AI, CDR, PDF and others are accepted. We can make 3D drawing for molds or printing screen for your final confirmation based on techniques.
8. What certificates do you have?
FDA, LFGB, REACH, BSCI, SGS, etc. Or we can do the test you requested.
9. What is the payment term?
Usually we prefer 30% T/T deposit, for sample costs, Paypal are accepted.
