1. Can I get a low MOQ?
Yes,for some products of ours,we have stocks for now,so we can give you a low MOQ for the products which in stock,such like MOQ 100pcs,500pcs,tec. please just tell us which product you need a low MOQ and we will confirm whether we have stocks for now.
2. How soon can I get a price quote?
Normally once we get your inquiry details (product name,capacity,color,idea order quantity,etc),we will quote to you within 24hours or more earlier (except the weekend and holiday).
3. How long will the goods be ready for shipping?
3 –5 days for products in stock,10 –30 days for products no stock (base on actual order quantity),we will try to the earlier lead time for you.
4. Can I get a sample?
We can supply the free sample to customers,but customers need to pay the courier cost.
5. Can I have a custom designed and mock up sample?
We are a custom shop. We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs. We also can mock up samples quickly after getting design from customers.
6. Can I have the logo printing or label sticking on products?
Yes, logo printing can be offered, such as silk screen, hot stamping and offset printing. Paper labels, printing or plastic stickers are supplied as well.
7. How do you control the quality?
We will make samples for customer's confirmation before bulk production Doing 100% inspection during production and random inspection before packing.
