Q: Are you factory or trade company?
A: In fact,we are both a manufacturer and a trader. We sell our own factory bottles and also help our customers find packaging or other things that they need but we do not have. We want to provide customers with one-stop packaging services,so that they can put more energy into the product itself.

Q: How can I get the samples?
A: We can provide 1-5 pieces free bottles if you ask. If you need the samples with your design,we will charge some sample fee.

Q: How much is the freight for samples?
A: To send samples or goods via express,you can check the cost on the website of Express company,but we suggest sending via the agency of Express,as the cost would be much lower. The agency can provide a cost of USD $30 to send a parcel in 0.5 kg. For the cost of shipment by the sea,please advise the destination and we will check the cost for you.

Q: How soon can get the samples?
A: To send the samples or goods via international express like UPS,DHL,FedEx,it will take 2-5 days. To deliver goods by sea,it will take about 12 days to Australia,about 2 weeks to US,and 19-25 days to Europe.
