Q:How long will it take to receive my products?
A:For general products,it will take 15 days to produce your *** special colors,it will take 25 *** if we have stocks bottles,we can ship immediately.
Q:Can I have my own design products?
A:Yes,we accept OEM&ODM. If you have sample or design,we will give a quick response on molding time,mold charge. If you don't have design,just tell us your idea and we will give our design according to your request.
Q:Is there a minimum order requirement?
A:Due to the daily production capacity is very huge and shipping freight,we do not accept small orders. Our minium order quantity is 10,000 pcs per model,but we can help to do several color for choice. It is recommended for you to order a 20"GP or 40"HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.
Q:Can I get a sample?
A:Yes,for some stock items,we can send *** for shipping charge,if you are new customer,only provide us FEDEX,DHLor TNT or UPS account for freight *** you are our old customer,we can send free samples exclude the certain *** you want special decoration or printing at package bottles,we can fast making samples in 7days based at reasonable sample charges.
Q:Do you sell any additional products not listed on your online catalog?
A:We will update the new products once they are approved. But sometimes we may delay a little to *** you cannot find the exact packaging bottles or perfume&cosmetic package product that you are looking for,please e-mail your request and we will be happy to verify whether or not this is an item that we carry.
Q:Do you have a price catalog?
A:We are a professional cosmetic package manufacturer. All of our products are made as in different weight and different artwork or decoration request. We do not have a price catalog.
