1) Do you offer the free samples, how can we get the samples?
Yes, we can supply 2-3 free samples to you, you just need to pay the freight charge to us then we will arrange delivery by the DHL or FEDEX. You can choose to pay the freight by Alibaba directly or contact us first.
2) How do you control the quality of the bottle before shipping the bottles to us?
We have the professional QC department make the 3 times leak test at least, and we have ISO8317, SGS, TUV certification.
3) For the broken bottles, how do you settle it for us?
We will do the 1:1 replacement for the damaged bottles that we sent.
4) Can we do private printing on the bottles?
We can do printing on the bottles according to your requirements, like UV coating, screen silk printing, paper label, hot tamping and etc.
5) How can we choose the shipping way?
For the small order, we will suggest you choose the express, such as the DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, etc.
For the larger order, we will suggest you choose by sea. If you are urgent, you can choose from the air.
