We have 2 furnace,there are 3 production line per furnace. 6 production line in total. So we can product 40000Pcs per day. And all the bottles will be in the annealing furnace and painted to preventing from friction between one bottle to another.

Our production line has two kinds of quality checks,a kind of quality check is the machine automatically check,and the other kind of quality control is human check,they check it for 2-3 hours. We are in these two ways to control our quality.
