A1: Yes,of course. We can send out the sample within 2~3 working days for certain stock items. If you want special decoration or printing/logo on bottles,it will take about 7~15 days to process it with reasonable sample cost.

Q2: Can we do printing on the items?

A2: Sure,there are options of different printing methods for your selection,such as silk screen printing,hot stamping,and silver printing. And we also provide frosting,waster transfer printing,painting,electric plating as well as oxidation color customization service.

Q3: What's your shipping terms?

A3: Shipping by express (such as DHL,FedEx,TNT &UPS),shipping by air or by sea can be available upon your request.

Q4: Is there cheap shipping way for my order?

A4: Yes,sure.

For small orders,shipping by express is recommended. As for bulk order in unit of 20GP,40HQ,shipping by sea is more advised.

Regarding rush orders,shipping by air with door to door service can be available.

Q5: How do you control the quality?

A5:We will make samples before mass production,and begin the bulk production after sample approved. Having 100% inspection during production,and routing inspection &QC random inspection is required before packing. Besides quality checking records will be kept for each order,we will also taking pictures after packing.

Q6: Do you accept custom made?

A6:Yes,we accept custom made upon your own design or request. If you have any other styles you want,then show me photos with your ideas,we can make it come true based on the design,pls feel free to email me to talk about details. Detailed cost can be fixed upon confirmation.
