1,Customer : what do you need to provide your quotation? what about your delivery time?
we need know custoemr detail requirement for glass bottle,so we will give our reasonable Ex works,FOB or CIF quotation according to customer's order quantity.
As to delivery time:according to different capacity bottle different color requirement and different order quantity,for one 40' container,usually 30 days or so;for other small order quantity as our main products: usually 7-10days or so.
2,Customer : what do you do during bottle's production and after sales?
During cap's production:we always keep in touch with customer,we tell customer's bottle's production process and take picture of different process and satisfy customer detail requirement in the end.
After sales:customer any feedback or questions are welcome,our technician will aswer custoemr any questions by email or have conferance call for communication. if need,we will assign our engineer to customer factory and resolve bottle's faliure on the spot.
