Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample chargefor custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certainquantity.We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrieraccount,it will be fine to ship with your account,if not,you can pay the freight chargeto our paypal,we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach

*** long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples,it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your owndesigns,it takes 5-7 days,subject to your designs whether they need newprinting,etc. Anyway,we will response fast to your request.

*** long is the production lead time?
It takes 40 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity,which canensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

*** format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG,AI,cdr or PDF,etc.We will make printing for your finalconfirmation based on technique.
*** many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us thepantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we willrecommend some popular colors to you.
