Q: How long is your production time ?

A:Normally it needs about 15-20 days.

Q: What's your payment?

A: T/T,30% T/T payment in advance,70% balance paid against the copy of BL. L/C at sight is also accepted.

Q: What can you do when appear quality problems after receiving ?

A: We will abide by our quality promise according to the contract, and accept and compensate for some rejects bottles; but if time out, please noted. So if appear quality problems, within 15dayscontact us assp.
Q: What is the normal lead time?

A: For stock products, we will send goods to you within 7-15 work days after we receive your payment.For other products, 35-45 days after receipt of 30% T/T deposit or L/C at sight.
